Father Bob Sings For A Million

The Father Bob Maguire Foundation has begun a new crowd funding campaign to help continue its work aiding the Australian homeless.

Titled Father Bob Sings For A Million, the Foundation is asking the community for pledges and suggestions for songs for Maguire to tackle on his upcoming debut album. To promote the campaign an advance track has been released, a cover of Kanye West's "Jesus Walks".

You can suggest a song for Maguire to cover by jumping on social media with the hashtag #songs4bob, and if your suggestion is selected you will get a free digital copy of the album. The other way to get your hands on this release is to pledge at least $25. There are more rewards for more generous pledges, such as signed DVDs, a vinyl edition of the album, and even a chance to sing a duet with the man himself. Unfortunately, breakfast with Maguire's buddy John Safran has already been claimed.

More information about the campaign can be found over at its Pozible page.

The Father Bob Maguire Foundation's official site is fatherbobsfoundation.com.au.

I don't know about all of you, but I really hope he does a rendition of this old classic:
